🚨 Meta’s AI infrastructure spending is becoming ridiculous

BlackRock reportedly plans to sell more than $12 billion in bonds to finance a one gigawatt data centre in El Paso, Texas.

The reported details: • BlackRock will own approximately 80% • Meta retaining the remaining 20% • Meta using the facility’s computing capacity • It's expected to come online around 2028 • More than $10 billion has already been committed to the wider project
